This four person holiday home is in a quiet residential area at the edge of the town of Niedersfeld. It is on the first floor and furnished in a modern style. The home is 70 m2 and has two bedrooms. There is a spacious living room with a separate dining area. You enter the covered balcony via the French windows in the living room. The excellent walking routes through the surrounding Rothaar Mountains start at the end of the street. You can drive within 10 minutes to the Winterberg ski-area in winter. Niedersfeld has two small ski-runs with lifts which are ideal for beginners and children. There are many kilometres of cross-country ski-runs throughout the region.
