The village is very small and picturesque Hörschhaussen. Besides the brook Uessbach, here are some beautiful half-timbered houses. The house next door, where it overlooks the beautiful historical building of the village. Prepare meals on the barbecue in the garden with garden furniture.
The immediate area consists of forests and fields. This region of the Eifel offers besides hiking many routes. Day trips to Trier or Koblenz, the wildlife park in Daun and Manderscheid are a must. A visit to the famous Nürburgring circuit (approximately 10km) is also a must.
