All homes have a terrace with chairs for outdoor dining and a bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include a coffee maker and kettle.
A complex of bars, restaurants, takeaways and grocery stores can be found onsite. All homes contain a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave.
