Located on the outskirts of the village Fügen in Zillertal, Kosis Landhaus is just a 10-minute walk from the Zillertal Thermal Spa, the local ski school, a ski rental shop and the Spieljoch-Valley Ski Lift Station.

The self-catering apartments have 3 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, bathroom, private entrance, fireplace and satellite TV. They also have a large terrace and garden. A storage room for ski and sports equipment as well as free private parking is also available.

Fügen village center is 1.5 km away. The Hochfügen-Zillertal Ski Area can be reached by car or bus in 20 minutes. Guests of Kosis Landhaus receive a 10% discount at the local ski rental shop and a 5% discount at the local ski school.
