This is a 3-room apartment for 4 persons on the ground floor. There are living/dining room, a lounge, 1 bedroom and kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher and micro wave.
For shared use: grounds 40 ha (fenced), garden, lawn sunning area, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 110 - 140 cm, 15.05.-04.10.) with built-in steps. Outside shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing).
This farm produces the famous Chianti wine and an excellent olive oil. It is situated in the middle of the cultural triangle of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Wine and olive oil tasting. Clients can also join the grape (October) or olive (November) harvest.
