For shared use there is a swimming pool (15 x 8 m, 01.04.-31.10.), a paddling pool, an outside shower. Supermarket is 30 m, restaurant 20 m away. Please note: railway line 200 m from the property.
It is a 4-room apartment (82 m2) on 2nd floor, comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The living/dining room (20 m2) has satellite-TV and electric heater and an exit to the balcony, to the terrace. There are one double bedroom with one double bed (180 cm), and one room with 2 beds (90 cm). There is an exit to the terrace. There is also one room with 2 beds (90 cm) and exit to the terrace. The small kitchen has 4 hotplates, oven, micro wave and a freezer. There is also a shower/WC. A small balcony (2 m2), and a large terrace (20 m2) also belong to the house with terrace furniture. You can enjoy the view of the sea, and the swimming pool and the countryside.
Facilities include a washing machine, reserved parking space (n 63), separate WC with bidet, kitchen with ceramic hob and a private sun terrace of 80 m2.
